Delivery options

Choose courier delivery to your address or pickup at a parcel locker at checkout. The options and prices available to you are shown before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery costs

Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout, and free delivery applies to qualifying orders above the threshold displayed in your basket.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours. We will put it right under our Returns & Refunds policy.
