1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online store and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Who we are

The store is operated by our company, registered in Lithuania. You can reach us at any time via our Contact page; our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious — and will refund any amount already paid.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable VAT and are shown in euros. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Product information and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product and formulations may be updated. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the addresses and within the timeframes set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may have the right to cancel your order and return products as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can only be returned if faulty.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it fraudulently. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and product photography — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase. Always read product labels and patch-test new products.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the competent Lithuanian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
