14-day right to return

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Hygiene exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare and other sealed beauty products cannot be returned once unsealed unless they are faulty. If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, see the section below.

How to start a return

Please contact us with your order number to begin a return. We will send you return instructions. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded for full-order returns made under your right of withdrawal; return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs. Delivery timeframes are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.
