Yes. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and many of our formulas are certified vegan.
Match the shade to your jawline in natural light. If you are between shades, choose the lighter one and warm it up with bronzer. Contact us for a personalised recommendation.
Most of our formulas are fragrance-free and dermatologically tested. We still recommend a patch test before first use. Full ingredient lists are shown on every product page.
Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat, and close lids tightly. Note the period-after-opening symbol on the packaging for how long a product stays good once opened.
Orders & delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships — full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. If it has not arrived in the expected window, please contact us.

Returns & support
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can only be returned if faulty. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days — see our full Returns & Refunds policy.
We are sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The process is described on the Returns & Refunds page.
